Thank you for visiting the Wisconsin Angel Network (WAN) web site.  Our goal has been to make this site as user-friendly as possible.  With that end in mind, chances are that the vast majority of questions can be answered immediately online.  We place all of our organizational information online, as well as free services we offer over the web and links to external resources you might find useful.  A few key highlights are listed for you below.

If you are looking for potential investors or your business, there are several ways WAN can offer assistance.  Please note that the Wisconsin Angel network does not operate an investment fund, nor does it make recommendations on investments.

First, WAN’s DFP serves as an electronic means of connecting entrepreneurs with potential investors, easily and securely.  By visiting the Deal-flow Pipeline, you can upload information regarding your business into our database, which will then be viewable to the Wisconsin Angel Network’s investor members.  Over 200 investors and many early-stage funds have access to the DFP and regularly find potential investments there.

Second, WAN has recently launched ePlan, a new service in which the Wisconsin Angel Network is helping entrepreneurs to create a more convenient, cost-effective, and high-impact way of attracting investors. 

Third, in addition to the Deal-flow Pipeline and ePlan, WAN’s resource page has many tools for entrepreneurs seeking investment capital.  There you can download templates for building your business plan, creating an investor presentation, along with learning more about what early-stage (angel) investors look for with investments.  There are also other links to useful resources for you and your business.
