Attorneys, help the Wisconsin Angel Network track early stage investing across the state.  The reporting process is easy, all we ask for are total number of deals and total dollars invested in each industry category listed. 

No deal-specifics are asked or reported, only industry totals.

Early stage investing is a significant economic driver, yet very little is actually known about how much money is being invested.  Through tracking of deals, WAN is working to help lawmakers and the public develop a better understanding of the early stage market and its importance to the state.

This information is particularly helpful with public policy issues, such as investment tax credits.

To avoid double reporting, only the lead attorney for the company that received the funding is asked to report the financing round.
